Rewild + Reconnect to Your Essential Nature
Sacred Embodiment practices reflect the birthright of every single human being on this planet to inhabit their body in a nurturing and accepting environment. Whether you are seeking physical wellness, a welcoming community, a safe space to be fully expressed, or a re-entry point for exploring a healthy relationship to your body after an injury or major life transition, you've found a soft steady place to land here.
Welcome to the circle
Sacred Embodiment was founded by Yogini, Sacred Dance artist, Death Doula, and consciousness researcher Juniper Quin. Juniper draws her inspiration from two decades of cross cultural dance experience, yogic training in three distinct lineages, and a lifetime of meditation (Juniper started intuitively sitting in silence at the tender age of five). She offers familiar yoga classes, specialized workshops, and Sacred Embodiment circles that masterfully blend breath, structured movement, ecstatic dance, and meditation grounded in a strong simple connection to the luminous Inner Teacher within each of us. As a Sacred Embodiment guide and lifelong student of the Great Mystery, Juniper cultivates a warm and supportive environment that honors each individual's needs and opportunities for evolution. Her students have come from widely diverse walks of life; she has had the pleasure of teaching her peers, children, middle-aged and elderly folks, palliative care patients, women fleeing violence, adults transitioning out of the sex trade, and new immigrants.
Above all, Juniper's purpose is to embody loving-kindness and hold space for adjustment toward balance. She is devoted in all aspects of her life to personal and collective well-being.

SUMMER SOLSTICE ECSTATIC DANCE JOURNEY
June 21, 6:30-10pm @ Karma Teachers
Join Juniper Quin and Annie Becker for a Summer Solstice celebration with cacao, live music, yoga, and ecstatic dance!
The gathering will begin with a Cacao Ceremony and short opening circle that moves into a 45 min yoga set. As we begin to cultivate a more playful energy, we'll move into exploring each of the seasons through dance and music. When we arrive to Summer, we'll move into smaller groups and explore a Blind Folded Solstice Dance. The evening will finish with a more free-form hour of Ecstatic Dance, then Closing Circle and final words.
